Cabarita Dune Care
Cabarita Dune Care would like to invite you to participate, either as a volunteer member, or as a group/club, to choose a place you would like to revegetate or improve with support from Dune Care.

Cabarita Beach Dune Care is a volunteer group involved in revegetation projects to build and protect our local plant communities. We plant trees, sedges and grasses, and then care for those plants. Members are trained to identify coastal plants, rainforest trees and weeds; and how to collect seeds and grow them.

We regenerate and care for:
Norrie's Headland
All the bush south to the Goanna track
Top car park headland
The foreshore north of the Surf Club.

Dune Care is free to join and volunteers meet regularly:
1st Saturday (of the month) 8.30-10.30am: Working party meets at Goanna Track
2nd Wednesday (of the month) 9.00-10.30am: Working party meets at an agreed place – see emails for site
3rd Tuesday (of the month) 1.00-3.00pm: Working party meets at the Nursery in the Sports Bowling Club
